Maryland Continental Soldiers at Valley Forge
During the encampment of Valley Forge in 1777-78, Marylanders were present. Another group of Marylanders encamped in Wilmington about 30 miles away.
This picture is one of my favorites. My shadow may appear to some as an accident but the tricorn hat that I was wearing adds an enormous effect of making the huts at Valley Forge come alive in the picture.
